SHIPPING

Each piece of Jené DeSpain jewelry is hand made by Jené herself in her Brooklyn, NY or Portland, OR studios. With the exception of the Queens of Noise items, all pieces are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship. In the event you need your jewelry sooner, please be sure to contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to create and ship your jewelry within your desired time frame. 

For all domestic orders, select your preferred shipping method, USPS with Insurance ground, Priority USPS, or UPS, at checkout. We ship all our domestic orders with tracking and insurance.

Shipping for international orders is $14, shipped via USPS First Class international, which usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time. For First Class International shipments, you have the option to add tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages sent without insurance once they depart the United States. If you would like to add insurance and tracking to your USPS First Class international package, please contact us via email (jene@jenedespain.com) to initiate this security for your shipping.

 

RETURNS

Each piece of our jewelry is handmade at the time of your order, and therefore we do not accept returns. We want you to love your custom created Jené DeSpain jewelry, so please contact us prior to placing an order if we can help with any specific details in the creation of your piece.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, an exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email (jene@jenedespain.com) to share with us your concerns about the items you received and to initiate an exchange. Items need to be sent back unworn and in the original condition you received them. In the case of an exchange, please note you need to add tracking and insurance to the package you ship your exchange items back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages sent to us for an exchange. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our very best to take care of you. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

Jené DeSpain Designs, Inc. shares your concerns about the protection of your personal information online. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or blog. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website. By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy. We may update this Policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be posted on this page immediately. We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contacting us at Jene@jenedespain.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Security Policy

All order information sent to Jenedespain.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered.
